Cloud storage (Google Drive, Box, Dropbox, OneDrive): After user authenticates and allows Ricoh Content Parsing Engine (CPE) to access to their cloud storage then CPE will access cloud storage folders to apply watch folder mechanism and bring the files over to CPE for subsequent processing. We do not store any Google user data on our storage server, once the file has been processed we move the file to the sub-folder in the same Google user account.
We may keep user file in the secure cache system for range of 7-30 days for our application feature working properly. The cache data will be automically cleared after expire as the duration mentioned above.
The extracted data or process record will be temporarily stored inside of Content Parsing Engines, with user having options to purge them automatically after the routing task is complete. The destination can be any of the users’ desired target system including Google Sheet, Google Drive and several other integration points.
